  • Structure (did it hold or fall apart)
  • Taste (obviously)
  • Aesthetic (does it actually look like a waffle?)
  • Mouthfeel (texture)
  • Payoff (was it worth waffling?)

Each category gets a score out of 10. Average them up, and you’ve got your STAMP score. It’s science.
