Straight to the grid

I’m Derek from Toronto.
I send food straight to the grid, and stamp it with a score.
The STAMP System:
- Structure (did it hold or fall apart)
- Taste (obviously)
- Aesthetic (does it actually look like a waffle?)
- Mouthfeel (texture)
- Payoff (was it worth waffling?)
Each category gets a score out of 10. Average them up, and you’ve got your STAMP score. It’s science.
