Because our merchandise is made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address] and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the full item and the problem

If the issue qualifies, we will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong size or change of mind

Because each item is produced on demand, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • ordering the wrong size
  • choosing the wrong item, color, or variant
  • general change of mind

Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Packages marked as delivered

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  • check around your property
  • ask neighbors, concierge, or building staff
  • contact the shipping carrier

Once an order is marked as delivered, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

Returned to sender

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, please contact us at [your email address]. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Cancellations and address changes

If you need to update your shipping address or request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address]. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to make changes.
